The SHIMANO Acera RD-M3020-8 rear derailleur ensures smooth gear changes in all situations, whether on or off the road. The long cage supports sprockets up to 40 teeth, which gives you a large gear range even with double-speed drives. Even in rough terrain, the gearshifts are precise and smooth thanks to the dual servo technology. This mechanism ensures that the rear derailleur moves in an optimal path, and the guide pulley is positioned evenly in relation to the pinion in all gear steps – for uninterrupted shifting and undiluted riding pleasure.
