ROSE Bikes Alu Flat Cap cover for top cap and M5/M6 security lock| Component Locks

The Alu Flat Cap serves as a cover for the Pitlock Ahead system to secure the fork. Moreover, it also covers the coded nuts of the M5/M6 locks, if the axle thread does not protrude from the security ring. This protects the coded nuts at axles, seatpost, brake and other components not only from direct access, yet also reliably from dirt. For this, the aluminium cap is inserted into the recess of the top cap or into the security rings of the locks and completes them as if made from one piece. They can be easily removed with a fingernail or a blade.

Note:
The Pitlock axle must be completed with the security ring, as the cap cannot be inserted otherwise. Please shorten the axle if necessary. As an alternative, the M5/M6 security locks can also be fitted with conical end caps (e.g. prod. code 2269302).
