With the BIKE ALPIN 23 + 5 bike backpack from VAUDE, you can start your next big tour! This spacious bike rucksack thinks for itself: There is a separate space for almost every piece of equipment. The comfortable AEROFLEX 3D 2.0 back system ensures that you arrive at your destination with all your luggage in the most comfortable way possible.

Thanks to the adjustable back length of approx. 43 – 59 cm, you can adjust the carrying system to suit your needs. The volume of the MTB backpack is also customisable: If you want to take a bit of warm clothing with you to be on the safe side, you can expand the storage space to a volume of up to 28 litres. The padded hip fins and ERGOSHAPE shoulder straps ensure that the rucksack sits comfortably even when fully loaded!

AEROFLEX 3D 2.0:
Thanks to AEROFLEX 3D, your back is constantly ventilated from all four sides. There is no heat accumulation, moisture build-up on the back is reduced and you can enjoy an optimal wearing climate. In addition, the integrated spring wire frame of this VAUDE backpack ensures packing stability and you are perfectly equipped for hiking or biking tours lasting multiple days with lightweight to normal luggage.

ECO FINISH:
VAUDE products with ECO FINSIH are produced to be water-repellent, without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). PFC is a group of chemicals used to make the outer fabric of a product waterproof.

RECYCLED PA:
For this product, VAUDE uses some robust, lightweight and fast-drying polyamide yarn. These are surplus materials and leftovers from textile production, which are collected, cleaned, processed and turned into yarn.

RECYCLED PET:
The polyester yarn in this product comes (in part) from PET bottles that have been collected, cleaned and processed into granulate. This saves energy, emissions and resources in the manufacturing process of the functional material.

ERGOSHAPE:
The ergonomically-shaped shoulder straps ensure great mobility and extra comfort on your next mountain, trekking or hiking tour. The cut of the ERGOSHAPE shoulder straps is key: they are cut wide where the straps rest on your shoulders. The straps are narrower at your shoulder joints. The ERGOSHAPE shoulder straps of men’s and women’s backpacks are specifically adapted to their differing anatomies.

GREEN SHAPE:
Products with VAUDE’s own label fulfil various manufacturer-specific requirements with regard to environmental and social factors, including, for example, material-efficient design, durability, recyclability and reparability. VAUDE checks the entire product life cycle when awarding this label. According to the manufacturer, all VAUDE articles with this label are PFC-free, are largely made from recycled or bio-based materials and also bear the GREEN BUTTON seal.

GRÜNER KNOPF (“GREEN BUTTON”):
The German textile seal GRÜNER KNOPF (“Green Button”) identifies textiles that meet high social and environmental standards. This seal also verifies corporate due diligence with regard to defined human rights and ecological criteria. The basis of the verification of theses standards is partly carried out via third-party, independent meta-labels. The publisher of the GREEN BUTTON seal is the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
