With the tow rope from Zéfal, you can pull your child uphill and thus compensate for physical differences in performance. Bicycle tours with the kids can thus be made even more entertaining and enjoyable.

First attach the Bike Taxi to the saddle rails of the towing bike, which may also be an e-bike.  Then, you can attach the heavy-duty tow rope to the optional Zéfal Bike Taxi adapter (prod. code: 1600420001) or the stem of your child’s bike and you’re ready to ride together!

The tow rope can only be attached to Ahead stems that have a bulge between the two clamping screws (see product photos).
The manufacturer recommends the use of the Bike Taxi for children from the age of 5 who can already ride a bike independently.
The rider of the towing bike should not ride faster than 10 km/h and should avoid tight bends.
Zéfal points out that the tow rope should only be used uphill on paths and not on public roads.
