The Profile Flip/Ergo/52a aerobar unites the advantages of armrests that fold up with the almost unlimited combinations and configurations of the Profile Design FLYT fitting system.
The spring loaded flip brackets can be flipped up when not in use, giving you a reach extension on top of the base bar. This lets you better vary your hand position on the bar top during long ascents.

In contrast, the aero position of the Flip/Ergo/52a extension offers countless opportunities for finding your optimal hand position. The ergo armrests alone provide 80 different positions through combinations of armrest width and offset. The lightly curved shape offers a balanced ratio of control and freedom of movement, making it well suited to most types of riders.
The extensions have been further developed and now have a grip angle of 52°, allowing for a more bent or more upright position depending on the grip position. In addition, the aerobar has an aerodynamically favourable Kammtail tube profile in the area of the rise to the grip surfaces. The end caps of the aerobar also benefit from a small but subtle design change. These now have an ergonomic shape that serves as a finger rest, giving you a better grip.
