The Ergon GC1 grip is specifically developed for handlebars with a strong backsweep to allow for a comfortable ride on city, touring and hybrid bikes. It automatically corrects the hand position by preventing bent wrists. Besides, it evenly distributes pressure over the entire ball of the thumb. In this way, the GC1 grip prevents wrist pain or numb fingers for a more relaxed ride.
