With the HSA 800 Evo hydration system for aero handlebars, Profile has revised a number of details of its tried-and-tested predecessor, the HSF AERO HC 800. For example, the placement of the removable GARMIN mount has been improved and the base mount has been given a 10 mm drop to maximise the aerodynamic integration of the hydration system in the cockpit.
 
Speaking of aerodynamics… the basis for this remains the distinct, torpedo-shaped design, which is practically a declaration of war, while still seamlessly fitting into the image of your time trial machine. The attack surface, or windage, is reduced to a minimum to avoid air turbulence, especially around the holder. In addition to an optimised hold, the mount also leaves more room for mounting than previous Profile Design models.
 
For efficient drinking without tiresome fumbling around, the drinking tube has a practical magnetic attachment which makes removing and fixing it child’s play.
