The NX Eagle™ cassette only has a weary smile for raw power. This is because SRAM has built the PG-1230 12-speed cassette durable enough to withstand the increased demands of e-MTB applications. Yet, conventional mountain bikes will also benefit from additional stability and durability. The robust cogset with a gear range of 454% is mounted on a standard 8-/ 9-/10-speed freehub body. Thus, you do not need an XD freehub body, which is e.g. required by other SRAM Eagle™ 12-speed groupsets. Thanks to the proven Power Glide II technology, the cassette provides smooth and precise shifting.
