Maximise your range – with the additional battery ”Range Extender e185” by MAHLE Smartbike Systems!

You don’t want to you run out of power even on longer trips? Then simply mount the extra portion of 171 Wh battery capacity at the position of the bottle cage on your REVEAL PLUS. This optional support is similar to a power bank and can be used when your main battery is low to extend your range by up to 60 km of pedalling assistance. This allows the range extender to charge the bike’s main battery while it continues to supply power to the electric motor.

The technology is suitable for the Mahle X20 drive unit of our ROSE REVEAL PLUS e-road bike. The necessary connecting cable for the connection to the bike is available under prod. code 2337382.

Attention:
As it is an external additional battery, the main battery can discharge faster than the range extender can charge it when riding at maximum assistance for a longer period of time.
