The uvex STRIDE VISOR is a visor helmet for commuter and city tours that comes to your home with a trendy look and good protective properties, as the hardshell construction with plastic outer shell and lightweight EPS core makes the helmet particularly impact-resistant. The scratch-resistant visor allows an unrestricted field of vision and can be easily combined with prescription glasses. Thanks to the clever bayonet catch, the lens can be quickly replaced with another model, which is optionally available. An additional highlight of the urban bike helmet is the integrated plug-in LED light on the back. Other useful features: The one-hand adjustable uvex MONOMATIC fastener and the practical 3D IAS width and height adjustability. In additon, a lightweight HIPLOK Z LOK lock can be stored in the shell.

HARDSHELL:
An injection moulded outer shell is joined with an EPS liner. This makes the helmet impact-resistant and shock-absorbing and allows for best features like vents or air channels to further increase comfort.

PLUG-IN LED:
The LED helmet light is simply plugged into the ventilation hole and thus increases visibility in road traffic.

OTG:
The term OTG stands for ”over the glass” and is an ideal solution for glasses wearers who can wear their prescription glasses under their helmet.

3D IAS:
A height- and width-adjustable half ring allows you to individually adapt the helmet to your head size. The system ensures especially precise and almost infinite adjustment. In addition, reflective elements are integrated into the IAS adjustment wheel for improved visibility.

MONOMATIC:
Secure, comfortable fit and easy handling at the touch of a button. The multi-stage, anatomic uvex monomatic comfort fastener can be used with one hand only at the touch of a button. This way, you can precisely adjust the length of the chin strap and ensure a secure fit of the helmet.

FAS:
The abbreviation stands for Fast Adapting System. An infinitely adjustable strap system allows for an individual adjustment of the straps according to head shape and preferences.

HIPLOK Z LOK HIDEAWAY:
This is a device that is compatible with the HIPLOK Z LOK padlock so that you can stow it in your helmet. The HIPLOK Z LOK is an ultra-light, lockable safety strap with a reinforced steel core, which is designed as a zip tie with interlocking on both sides. It allows your helmet to be fastened and easily secured at the same time. This makes it super easy to attach your helmet during short stops. The lock with safety strap must be purchased separately.
