Using it is very easy:
Remove any foreign objects in the tyre (e.g. glass splinters) and deflate completely. Screw the appropriate adapter firmly onto the valve and spray in the sealant completely. Then turn the wheel several times or ride off immediately to distribute the sealant evenly to the damaged area. If necessary, pump in air – done.
The inner tube or tyre should be repaired or replaced at the next opportunity
