The robust pannier comes with a tried-and-tested roll-top closure that allows you to expand the volume by up to 5 litres. Inside, this bike bag has a small zipped compartment for your valuables and a padded organisation unit for your tablet, office utensils etc. Thanks to deuter’s BAGFIX mounting system, you can attach VALBONA to your rack in no time at all.

Highlights & Technologies:

BAGFIX:
Maximum freedom of movement is offered by the newly developed BAGFIX mount. Two guide rails and two hooks incl. 3 reducing inserts (16 – 10 mm tube diameter) ensure reliable hold of the bike bag while riding. This way the load is 100% on the rear wheel and not on your back. When not in use, the bag can be removed from the rear rack in one easy step and used as a shoulder bag.

BLUESIGN:
bluesign is a strict standard for environmental protection, safety at work and consumer protection. All environmentally-relevant production processes are critically examined and permanently optimised in terms of: choice of materials, energy and water consumption, air emissions, water emissions, noise levels, waste and use of chemicals. Products receive the “bluesign-approved” label when they are made at least 90% from bluesign certified materials.

GRÜNER KNOPF (“GREEN BUTTON”):
The German textile seal GRÜNER KNOPF (“Green Button”) identifies textiles that meet high social and environmental standards. 26 social and ecological criteria are considered for each product. The companies must prove their human rights, social and ecological responsibilities.

PFC FREE:
PFC is a group of chemicals acting as intermediates, auxiliary materials or breakdown products of certain fluorocarbon compounds. They are used in garment production to impregnate clothing due to their durable water- and grease-repellent properties. However, PFC residues are non-biodegradable and may be harmful. The product’s water- and dirt-repellent finish is free of PFC, making it environmentally-friendly.
